Background: As part of the Surface Transportation Board’s ongoing oversight process, the Board conducted two independent audits. The first audit completed in 2010, was an independent audit and verification of CN’s November and December 2009 monthly reports required by Decision No. 16 of STB Finance Docket No. 35087, Canadian National Ry. and Grand Trunk Corp, - Control – EJ&E West Co. The second audit completed in 2012, was an independent audit and verification of CN’s November and December 2011 monthly reports.
