Information Request
SEA has made several information requests from the applicants in regard to the proposed Canadian National Railway Company acquisition of the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railway Company. This information will assist SEA in conducting the environmental review of the proposed acquisition required by the National Environmental Policy Act. As the Draft EIS is prepared, further information requests may be necessary to ensure the study is conducted thoroughly. These information requests and the responses from the applicants are available below.
